New England Patriots Tickets to the much anticipated game against the New York Jets this weekend at Gillette Stadium are becoming highly coveted. Fans are willing to spend anywhere from $155 to $1,086 at Stubhub.com to get their hands on Patriots tickets for the 1:00 p.m. game this Sunday. Perhaps the reason for this has to do with last weekend’s crushing defeat at the hands of the Indianapolis Colts in which Safety Rodney Harrison went down with a shoulder injury.
Despite losing 27-20 to the Colts, Patriots Coach Bill Belichick said that there were some positives and some negatives to the game. Offensively, the Patriots moved the ball well at times, amassing 349 yards of total offense. But they also committed five turnovers, which limited them to two touchdowns and possibly prevented them from tying the game in the closing minutes.

So the Patriots have dropped to 6-2, having lost both of their games at home while the Colts extend their streak to 8-0 and remain the only undefeated team in the NFL. But the question remains, did the Colts win or did the Patriots lose? Bear with me a moment here. Sure, the Colts walk away with another notch in the win-column, but the Patriots played even worse than they did in that Denver playoff game last year. Brady was – well – awful and didn’t get much help from his receivers in this one. Kevin Faulk dropped two key passes, preventing the Patriots from at least tying the game and, at most, winning the thing.
With the Jets coming up, a classic New England rivalry, be sure to keep your eyes posted here for all the latest updates on Patriots tickets.
