The New England Patriots have their final home game of the regular season quickly approaching. The Pats will take on the Houston Texans on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. at Gillette Stadium. The Patriots are looking to redeem themselves after last weekend’s embarrassing shutout defeat against the Miami Dolphins.

Tedy Bruschi

The Patriots dropped to 9-4 for the season with Sunday’s defeat as the Pats lost their first road game of the season. This year has been an odd one – especially since it used to be that the Patriots never lost at home and only had the occasional hiccup when on the road. Tedy Bruschi was asked recently about the team’s sense of urgency and replied that anytime you come down the last three games of the season, you’ll play with renewed vigor. It’s about time. The Patriots have looked flat in their last couple of games, losing last weekend to Miami and just barely holding on to defeat the Lions the weekend before.
