Pats Destroy Steelers

I’m still not going to say anything directly about it.  I’m not going to jinx this.  But I will report that the New England Patriots defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday to move their record to 13-0, with the Jets, Dolphins, and Giants left on their schedule.  Two of those three games are home games.  Don’t ever count your chickens before they’re hatched, New England fans.  But you should definitely be trying your best to get your hands on some Pats tickets to one of these final three games.  Tickets will be at a premium as the Pats make their run at history, but should be well worth it.

I won’t say the U-word, but I will say that the Patriots looked insanely impressive yet again yesterday.  Much to the chagrin of football fans all over the country, the Patriots had no trouble dispatching the team everyone thought would have the best chance of derailing the Win-Train that has become the Patriots.  The Pats had some extra fire because of the win guarantee earlier in the week, and one must conjecture that they’ll be even more fired up next week for the Jets.  If you remember, it was Jets coach Mangini who began the entire “CameraGate” spectacle that started this whole “us against the world” Patriots mentality in the first place.
