Len Pasquarelli Takes a Look at the Pats/Bolts Game

Len Pasquarelli’s First Look shines its spotlight on this weekend’s AFC title game pitting the New England Patriots against the San Diego Chargers.  The Chargers will be traveling all the way across the country to take on the team that knocked them from the playoffs last year - a loss that showed its effects for weeks and truly months after the game was long behind the Bolts.  Now the Chargers come to New England with a new coach, a new attitude, and a new goal - winning one game to reach the Super Bowl.  New England beat the Chargers at home early in the year, but this is not the same team they saw in the first month of the season.

New England is of course 17-0.  They ran the table through the regular season.  They defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars without much trouble.  Tom Brady set yet another insane record, throwing only two incomplete passes the entire game.  The Chargers only defeated the defending Super Bowl champions in the last game at the RCA Dome without their starting tight end, running back, and quarterback.  However, the Bolts will need all their starters healthy next week as they prepare for the Patriots, who will most certainly be ready for the Chargers.  We’re only one game away from the Super Bowl.  Get excited.
